Zechariah agrees
Everyone is surprised, both Elizabeth and Zechariah say the child’s name is to be John...which is not a name belonging to anyone else in the family. John was a unique baby!

In the 15 year was Pontius Pilate the governor of Judea and was Herod tetrarch of Galilee and did he have a brother Philip who was tetrarch of Itrea and Traconitis. Was Lysanisa tetrarch of Abilene. Also, during this time was Annas and Caiaphas the high priests? Here is some interesting information on Tiberius and Pontius Pilate It was during this time that the word of the Lord came to John, later known as John the baptist.
