A special child

 Luke 1:64-66


When Zechariah began to speak again after announcing the name of his son people new John was special child!...So they began to praise God.

Have we ever experienced a time of knowing God's direction, then silence, then the fulfillment of it?  Let's praise God for this.

If you're up you will come down

  Luke 6:25   I find these teachings of Jesus interesting.  He seems to be saying if you're up you will come down but if you're down you will go up.  Is He saying life is full of it's ups and downs so recognize that when you're up be careful because you will come down?  Lord Jesus, help us to appreciate our ups knowing that with every up there is a down. Thanks.

  Luke 10:29-37 During this year of covid we've been forced to slow down.  I'm wondering if it's helping us to see our neighbours in need.  Lord Jesus, please help us not to be so busy going about Your work we miss seeing our neighbours in need.
